📈 Scope of the Agreement

The Seller offers Services following the prevailing price list visible on the Nadoclient website in an interactive mode. The Buyer agrees to make payments and accept the Service as per this Agreement's terms. This Agreement, inclusive of its annexes, stands as the Seller's official document and is integral to this offer.

✍️ Order Placement

For accessing our Services, the Buyer needs to place an Order on the Nadoclient website. The registration requires the Buyer's nickname and email address. By processing the Order payment on our website, the Buyer consents to this Agreement's terms. The payment date signifies the formalization of an Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.

⏱️ Order Execution Terms

Typically, the Order execution spans 1 working day. However, on rare occasions, the Buyer and Seller can mutually decide on an alternative deadline, contingent on the Service type being offered.

💰 Payment

Completed Orders are paid for by the electronic transfer of funds from the Buyer to the Seller's account. A receipt is provided as proof of the Order payment. We exclusively accept non-cash payment methods.

🔄 Order Returns

The Buyer retains the right to withdraw a Service Order anytime before its execution. If the Service quality is found unsatisfactory, the Buyer must promptly reach out to the Seller. Refunds for substandard Service quality will be processed within a span of 10 calendar days post the relevant request, with the funds transferred to the Buyer's electronic account within a 5 working day window.

Adherence to the following rules and prohibitions is mandatory for all users of Nadoclient LLC's Services. Non-compliance may lead to service discontinuation and potential legal repercussions.

1. 🚷 Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any segment of the Nadoclient software or its related tools is strictly forbidden. Transgressors face imminent account deactivation and potential legal actions under federal intellectual property regulations.

2. 🐛 Dumping & Bug Bounty

Unauthorized dumping or instigation of bug bounties on the loader or software is prohibited. Violators will be banned immediately.

Providing falsified, misrepresented, or partial information during registration, payment, or at any other juncture is not permissible. Users must furnish accurate and current information always.

8. 🕳️ Exploits and Vulnerabilities

Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the software, website, or any affiliated platform is strictly forbidden. Users who detect vulnerabilities must promptly report them to Nadoclient support.

9. 🔄 Multiple Accounts

Creation of multiple accounts without express permission or to evade restrictions or bans is prohibited.

10. ⚡ Disruption of Services

Actions that obstruct or interfere with the normal functioning of Nadoclient services, its servers, or other users' experiences are not permitted.

11. 🏪 Commercial Use

Commercial exploitation of Nadoclient's services without an appropriate license or explicit permission is forbidden. This includes employing the software or tools for profit-driven endeavors.
